摘 要:从撑篙竹乙醇法制浆废液中提取粗糖,通过复溶、树脂脱色系统研究了粗糖的脱色效果,同时对粗糖进行酸水解,探讨了水解反应条件对粗糖降解的影响。研究结果表明:水复溶时粗糖中小分子聚糖溶解性能优于大分子聚糖,木质素大部分不溶解;5种脱色剂中,D301R大孔弱碱性阴离子交换树脂对粗糖溶液脱色以及总糖保留率都表现出较佳效果。D301R阴离子交换树脂的动态脱色较优工艺条件为:糖液质量浓度8 g/L、流速4 mL/min、上样温度30℃和pH值7.0,此条件下总糖保留率可达80%,溶液透射率可达92%,木质素脱除率可达90%。乙酸水解对提高大分子聚糖的降解具有较好效果,加酸量8 mL/g、酸解时间为1.0 h和酸解温度50℃为较优酸解条件,还原糖增加了11.8 mg,糖分子平均聚合度(D_(p))为2.4。The crude sugar was extracted from the wastewater of ethanol pulping of punting bamboo.The decolorization effects of crude sugar were systematically studied by re-dissolution and resin decolorization.At the same time,the crude sugar was hydrolyzed by acid,and the effects of reaction conditions on the degradation of crude sugar were discussed.The results showed that the solubility of small molecule polysaccharide was better than that of large molecule polysaccharide during water redissolving,and the lignin was almost insoluble.Among the five decolorants,the D301R macroporous weakly alkaline anion exchange resin exhibited better results in decolorizing crude sugar solutions and preserving total sugars.The optimal conditions for dynamic decolourisation were as follows:the mass concentration of sugar solution of 8 g/L,flow rate of 4 mL/min,loading temperature of 30℃,and pH of 7.0.At those conditions,the retention rate of total sugars was 80%,the solution transmission rate was 92%and the removal rate of residual lignin was 90%.Acetic acid hydrolysis had a good effect on improving the degradation of macromolecular polysaccharides,and the condition of 8 mL/g acid addition,1.0 h acid digestion time and 50℃acid digestion temperature were the better acid digestion conditions.The reducing sugar was increased by 11.8 mg,and the average degree of polymerization of polysaccharides was 2.4.
