高校新任辅导员工作胜任力提升的实现途径研究

摘  要:高校新任辅导员为辅导员队伍注入了新的生机与活力,是辅导员队伍建设必不可少的组成部分,但自身角色定位模糊、专业知识技能欠缺、学生管理能力不足、协同育人能力有待增强等因素往往限制了其育人能力的发挥。新任辅导员可以从坚定职业理想信念、拓展知识技能宽度、提升学生管理水平、增强协同育人能力四个维度努力,尽快适应新岗位,全面提升育人水平。New counselors in colleges and universities have injected new vitality and vigor into the counseling team,and they are an essential part of the counseling team construction.However,factors such as their own ambiguous role orientation,lack of professional knowledge and skills,insufficient student management ability and collaborative nurturing ability need to be enhanced often limit their ability to nurture students.New counselors can make efforts in four dimensions:strengthening professional ideals and beliefs,expanding the breadth of knowledge and skills,improving student management,and enhancing the ability of collaborative education,so as to complete the adaptation to the new position as soon as possible and improve the overall level of education.
