摘 要:以双因素理论为指导,利用问卷调查,研究大学生对创新创业的态度与激励政策的关系。对态度进行因子分析,再用回归分析检验激励政策对态度的影响。研究表明:大学生对创新创业的社会意义、个人意义、发展水平的认可度分别为高、低、中,态度与激励政策的实施效果呈正相关,激励因素比保健因素的激励效果更好。激发大学生对创新创业的积极态度,一方面要防止大学生产生不满感,可通过提高相关讲座、课程、师资的水平,优化信息平台、培养方案的设置降低不满感。另一方面要提高大学生的满意感,可按年级制定学分激励,适当提高创新加分在奖学金加分中所占比重,加强宣传和表彰先进的力度等提高满意感。Guided by the two-factor theory,a questionnaire is used to investigate the relationship between college students’attitudes towards innovation and entrepreneurship and incentive policies.The research conducts a factor analysis on attitudes,and then uses regression analysis to test the impact of incentive policies on attitudes.The result shows that college students’recognition of the social significance,personal significance and development level of innovation and entrepreneurship are high,mediumre and low spectively.Attitude is positively correlated with the implementation effect of incentive policies,and incentive factors are more effective than hygiene factors.In order to stimulate college students’positive attitude towards innovation and entrepreneurship,for one thing,we should prevent college students from feeling dissatisfied by improving the level of relevant lectures,courses and teachers,and improving the setting of information platform and training program;for another,we should improve the satisfaction of college students,which means that the credit incentives are formulated according to the grade,the proportion of innovation points in the bonus points is appropriately increased,and the strength of publicity and recognition of advanced is strengthened.
