摘 要:随着中国海上原油贸易行业的迅猛发展,海上原油贸易额增长势头强劲。原油贸易事关中国战略能源储备,所以需要使用科学技术方法进行监督和保障。文章结合区块链技术,对海上原油贸易溯源领域进行研究和分析,整理海上原油贸易溯源核心点,同时梳理区块链的“难篡改”“易追溯”“公开透明”“公信力强”等技术要点,针对性提出基于区块链技术海上原油贸易溯源的新模式、新思维,为海上原油贸易溯源监管提供参考。With the rapid development of China’s offshore crude oil trade industry,the growth momentum of offshore crude oil trade is strong.Crude oil trade is related to China’s strategic energy reserves,which must be monitored and guaranteed through advanced scientific and technological means.This article studies the application of blockchain technology in the field of offshore crude oil trade traceability,combs the key points in offshore crude oil trade traceability,and combines the technological advantages of blockchain such as“difficult to tamper with”“easy to trace”“open and transparent”and“strong credibility”to propose a new model and new thinking for offshore crude oil trade traceability based on blockchain technology,providing reference for offshore crude oil trade traceability supervision.
