肢体语言沟通在儿科护理中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨肢体语言沟通在儿科护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年7月泰安市妇幼保健院收治的78例患儿作为研究对象,根据护理方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施肢体语言沟通护理。比较两组心理状态、主观感受、治疗依从性及不良事件发生率。结果:护理后,观察组恐惧、哭闹、烦躁、激动评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,观察组趣味性、愉悦性、放松性、舒适性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肢体语言沟通在儿科护理中的应用效果显著,可改善患儿心理状态及主观感受,提高治疗依从性,减少不良事件,值得应用并予以推广。Objective:To explore the application effect of body language communication in pediatric nursing.Methods:A total of 78 children admitted to Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group based on different nursing methods,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received body language communication care.The psychological status,subjective feelings,treatment compliance,and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of fear,crying,irritability,and excitement in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the scores of interest,pleasure,relaxation,and comfort in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of body language communication in pediatric nursing has a significant effect,which can improve the psychological state and subjective feelings of children,improve treatment compliance,and reduce adverse events.It is worth applying and promoting.
