摘 要:目的:探讨在儿科护理工作中应用健康教育APP的效果。方法:选取2019年8月—2020年8月深圳市龙岗中心医院儿科收治的80例患儿作为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组实施常规健康教育干预,观察组采用健康教育APP进行干预。比较两组患儿家长健康知识掌握情况、护理满意度。结果:观察组健康知识掌握率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。观察组服务态度、服务内容、人员素质评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在儿科护理中应用健康教育APP,能有效提高患儿家长健康知识掌握度及满意度,值得临床应用。Objective:To explore the effect of applying health education APP in pediatric nursing work.Methods:A total of 80 children who were treated in the Department of Pediatrics,Shenzhen Longgang Central Hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the study subjects.According to the difference of nursing method,they wre divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine health education intervention,and the observation group implemented interventions using health education APP.The health knowledge awareness and nursing satisfaction of parents in the two groups were compared.Results:The health knowledge awareness rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).The service attitude,service content and personnel quality scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of health education APP in pediatric nursing can effectively improve the health knowledge awareness and nursing satisfaction of parents,and is worthy of clinical application.
