桐棉松种质资源保护及利用现状——以派阳山林木种质资源库为例

摘　　要：广西国有派阳山林场桐棉松种质资源保护及利用先后经历了种源调查与原地保护利用、林分试验与原地保存利用和个体选择与繁育利用3个阶段,先后建成以桐棉种源马尾松为基础改良的不同世代和用途种子园83 hm 2,桐棉种源马尾松种质资源库21 hm 2,营建林木遗传子代测定试验及示范林约260 hm 2,在种质资源保护利用、良种选育、栽培技术等方面成功突破了一批农林产业竞争优势的关键技术,取得了丰硕的研究成果和显著的经济效益。通过总结林木种质资源库的发展历程、成效及主要措施,根据林草种质资源保护利用发展趋势及社会需求,提出了加大种质资源收集保存、评价开发和利用力度,攻关高效培育瓶颈技术、核心技术,加快开展定向育种、多目标育种及多世代连续改良工作,加快推动桐棉松产业科学化、规模化和产业化发展等建议,以期为南方地区林木种质资源保护与利用、资源库多功能建设、高世代育种进程和科技推广示范提供参考。The conservation and utilization of germplasm resources of Pinus massoniana in the state-owned Paiyangshan Forest Farm in Guangxi has undergone three stages:provenance investigation and in situ conservation and utilization,stand experiment and in situ conservation and utilization,and individual selection and breeding and utilization.A seed orchard of different generations and uses based on the improvement of Pinus massoniana from the provenance of Pinus massoniana has been established with an area of 83 hm 2,a germplasm resource bank of Pinus massoniana from the provenance of Pinus massoniana with an area of 21 hm 2,and a forest genetic progeny testing experiment and demonstration forest with an area of about 260 hm 2.In the protection and utilization of germplasm resources,breeding of improved varieties and cultivation techniques,a number of key technologies for the competitive advantage of agriculture and forestry industry have been successfully broken through,and fruitful research results and remarkable economic benefits have been achieved.This paper summarizes the development history,achievements,and main measures of forest germplasm resource banks.Based on the development trend and social needs of forest and grass germplasm resource protection and utilization,suggestions are proposed to increase the collection,preservation,evaluation,development,and utilization of germplasm resources,tackle the bottleneck and core technologies of efficient cultivation,accelerate the development of targeted breeding,multi-objective breeding,and continuous improvement for multiple generations,and accelerate the promotion of the scientific development of the Tongmian pine industry.Suggestions for large-scale and industrialized development are expected to provide references for the protection and utilization of forest germplasm resources,the multi-functional construction of resource banks,the process of higher generation breeding,and the promotion and demonstration of science and technology in southern China.
