摘　　要：目的:研究子宫内膜采集器在子宫切除前子宫内膜病变筛查中的应用。方法:选取2020年1月~2021年1月本院收治的腹腔镜子宫切除术治疗患者66例,针对所有患者均实施子宫内膜采集器以及分段诊刮术进行筛查,将分段诊刮术结果作为金标准,对比两种检查方法检查结果的符合程度。结果:两种检查方法取材满意度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);子宫内膜采集器疼痛程度较分段诊刮术疼痛程度更轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);子宫内膜采集器组织学总诊断符合率为98.48%(65/66);子宫内膜采集器细胞学总诊断符合率为95.24%(60/63)。结论:通过子宫内膜采集器,患者取材满意度比较高,并且在细胞学与组织学诊断方面的准确率均可以达到95.00%以上,同时患者疼痛感比较轻,比较容易接受,操作方便,可以成为子宫内膜病变筛查的重要方法之一。Objective:To study the application of endometrial collector in screening endometrial lesions before hysterectomy.Methods:66 patients treated with laparoscopic hysterectomy in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research object.All patients were screened by endometrial collector and segmented curettage.The results of segmented curettage were taken as the gold standard,and the consistency of the results of the two examination methods was compared.Results:There was no significant difference between the two methods(P>0.05);The pain degree of endometrial collector was lighter than that of segmental curettage(P<0.05);The total diagnostic coincidence rate of endometrial collector was 98.48%(65/66);The total diagnostic coincidence rate of endometrial collector cytology was 95.24%(60/63).Conclusion:Through the endometrial collector,patients can obtain materials with high satisfaction,and the accuracy of cytology and histological diagnosis can reach more than 95.00%.At the same time,patients have less pain,easy to accept and easy to operate.It can become one of the important methods of endometrial lesion screening.
