摘 要:文章探究了两种不同相容性溶质(甜菜碱、海藻糖)对强化耐盐苯酚降解菌群的影响。结果表明,在驯化过程中,海藻糖的促进效果优于甜菜碱,添加5 mM海藻糖驯化得到的微生物菌群在1%的盐度条件下,18 d后对200 mg/L苯酚的降解率为100%,累计产气8 m L,与对照组相比,显著提升了微生物菌群的降解效果。这表明,在驯化过程中添加海藻糖可以提高微生物降解效率。This experiment explored the influence of two different compatible solutes(betaine and trehalose)on the enhanced salttolerant phenol degradation flora.The results showed that the promotion effect of trehalose was better than that of betaine in the domestication process.The microbial flora acclimated by adding 5 mM trehalose had a degradation rate of 100%for 200 mg/L phenol in 18 days under the condition of 1%salinity.The cumulative gas production was 8 mL,which significantly promoted the degradation effect of microbial flora compared with the control group.This suggests that the addition of trehalose during domestication can be used as a method to enhance the efficiency of microbial degradation.
