水中几种不溶物对布洛芬光解动力学的影响

摘  要:布洛芬作为全球最畅销的非处方药之一,因其广泛使用导致天然水体受到污染,给人类健康和生态环境带来潜在风险。光解是布洛芬在水环境中的一种主要去除方式,水中的不溶物也会对其光解产生影响。本研究选取了水中四种不溶物——二氧化钛、胡敏素、珠江底泥和海珠湖底泥来研究其对布洛芬光解动力学的影响。结果表明,二氧化钛明显促进了布洛芬的光解,而胡敏素、珠江底泥和海珠湖底泥则明显抑制了布洛芬的光解。研究结果为今后深入研究水中不溶物对布洛芬光解的影响提供基础数据。Ibuprofen is one of the world's best-selling non-prescription drugs.Because of its widespread use,natural water bodies are polluted,which brings potential risks to human health and ecological environment.Photolysis is one of the main removal methods of ibuprofen in water environment,and insoluble substances in water also affect its photolysis.In this paper,four insoluble substances in water-titanium dioxide,humin,Pearl River sediment and Haizhu Lake sediment were selected to study their effects on the photolysis kinetics of ibuprofen.The results showed that titanium dioxide significantly promoted the photolysis of ibuprofen,while humin,Pearl River sediment and Haizhu Lake sediment significantly inhibited the photolysis of ibuprofen.The results provide basic data for further study on the effect of insoluble matter in water on the photolysis of ibuprofen.
