摘　　要：目的编制手术室器械护士胜任力问卷并检验问卷的信效度。方法采用目的抽样法,选择山西省级三甲医院手术室护理专家、护理管理者、护理科研以及心理学护理专家共10名,根据前期半结构访谈,并参考国内外护理岗位胜任力的相关学者研究最终形成问卷条目池,经Delphi法进行两轮专家函询,各专家对每个条目与其所测概念的相关性进行评价。采用便利抽样法,选择山西省多所三级甲等医院手术室器械护士227名进行问卷调查,检验其信效度。结果手术室器械护士胜任力问卷最终形成知识技能、专业素质、专业态度、专业能力、个性特征、学习发展能力等6个维度,总体Cronbachα系数为0.811,各维度Cronbachα系数为0.752~0.869,测得问卷总体分半信度为0.842,各维度的分半信度为0.793~0.869。结论手术室器械护士胜任力问卷信效度较好,符合手术室器械护士胜任力测评的要求,可作为我国手术室器械护士胜任力的研究工具。Objective To develop a competency questionnaire for operating room instrument nurses and test its reliability and validity.Methods Ten experts in operating room nursing,nursing management research,nursing research and psychological nursing were selected by purposive sampling.According to the qualitative research of the previous semi-structured interview and referring to the relevant research of nurses'post competency at home and abroad,the main source of the questionnaire item pool and conception dimension was taken.The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultation,and each expert evaluated the corelation between each item and the measured concept.A total of 227 operating room instrument nurses from several Class ii Grade A hospitals in Shanxi Province were selected by convenience sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey to test its reliability and validity.ResulttssThe operating room instrument nurses competency questionnaire finally formed six dimensions,including knowledge and skills,professional quality,professional attitude,professional ability,personality characteristics,learning and development ability.The overall Cronbachαcoefficient was 0.811,and the Cronbachαcoefficient of each dimension was 0.752 to 0.869.The overall split-half reliability of the questionnaire was 0.842,and the split-half reliability of each dimension ranged from 0.793 to 0.869.Conclusion The nurses'perceived professional benefit questionnaire has good reliability and validity,which meets the requirements of measuring the competency of instrument nurses,and can be used as a competency assessment tool for instrument nurses in operating room in China.
