摘 要:目的探讨乳牙根管治疗中不同根管预备器械对疗效的影响。方法112例行乳牙根管治疗的患儿随机分为两组各56例。对照组采用传统手用不锈钢器械行根管预备,观察组采用机用镍钛器械行根管预备。比较两组的根管预备效果、根管充填效果、根管偏移率与成功率。结果观察组的根管预备良好率为98.73%,显著高于对照组的92.99%(P<0.05)。充填后,观察组的适充率为89.29%,显著高于对照组的64.29%(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组的根管偏移率为5.36%,显著低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05)。随访3个月,观察组的治疗成功率为96.43%,显著高于对照组的85.71%(P<0.05)。结论与采用传统手用不锈钢器械行根管预备相比,在乳牙根管治疗中采用机用镍钛器械行根管预备可显著提升根管预备效果、根管充填效果及远期疗效。Objective To explore the impact of different root canal preparation instruments on the efficacy of root canal therapy for deciduous teeth.Methods 112 children with root canal therapy for deciduous teeth were randomly divided into two groups,with 56 cases in each group.The control group used traditional hand stainless steel instruments for root canal preparation,and the observation group used mechanical nickel-titanium instruments for root canal preparation.The root canal preparation effect,root canal filling effect,root canal deviation rate and success rate were compared between the two groups.Results The good rate of root canal preparation in the observation group was 98.73%,significantly higher than 92.99%in the control group(P<0.05).Afer flling,the appropriate flling rate in the observation group was 89.29%,significantly higher than 64.29%in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the root canal deviation rate in the observation group was 5.36%,significantly lower than 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).During 3 months of follow-up,the treatment success rate in the observation group was 96.43%,significantly higher than 85.71%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with root canal preparation with traditional hand stainless steel instruments,root canal preparation with mechanical nickel-titanium instruments in root canal therapy for deciduous teeth can significantly improve root canal preparation effect,root canal filling effect and long-term efficacy.
