牙周基础治疗对牙周炎患者牙周状况及血脂代谢水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨牙周基础治疗对牙周炎患者牙周状况及血脂代谢水平的影响。方法44例牙周炎患者均接受牙周基础治疗,比较治疗前后的牙周状况及血脂代谢水平。结果治疗后,牙周炎患者的探诊深度、菌斑指数、出血指数和附着丧失程度均显著低于治疗前,甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均显著低于治疗前,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论牙周基础治疗可显著改善牙周炎患者的牙周状况及血脂代谢水平。Objective To explore the impact of periodontal basic treatment on periodontal status and lipid metabolism in patients with periodontitis.Methods All 44 patients with periodontitis received periodontal basic treatment,and the periodontal status and blood lipid metabolism levels before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the probing depth,plaque index,bleeding index and attachment loss of periodontitis patients were significantly lower than those before treatment,the levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions Periodontal basic treatment can significantly improve periodontal status and lipid metabolism level in patients with periodontitis.
