摘　　要：目的探讨重组人血管内皮抑素(RH-ES)联合铂类药物化疗治疗肺癌患者的临床效果。方法114例肺癌患者分为两组,对照组予以铂类药物化疗,观察组予以RH-ES联合铂类药物化疗,比较两组的疗效、免疫功能、肺功能。结果治疗后,观察组的RR、DCR,以及NK、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、FVC、MVV、FEV_(1)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论RH-ES联合铂类药物化疗可以提高肺癌的疗效,改善患者的免疫功能和肺功能。Objective To explore the clinical effect of recombinant human endostatin(RH-ES)combined with platinum chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with lung cancer.Methods 114 patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received platinum chemotherapy,and the observation group received RH-ES combined with platinum chemotherapy.The efficacy,immune function and lung function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the RR,DCR,and the levels of NK,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),FVC,MVV and FEV_(1) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions RH-ES combined with platinum chemotherapy can improve the efficacy of lung cancer and improve the immune function and lung function of patients.
