摘  要:目的探讨依达拉奉右莰醇联合银杏二萜内酯葡胺对急性脑梗死患者运动神经传导的影响。方法96例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,对照组给予依达拉奉右莰醇,观察组给予依达拉奉右莰醇联合银杏二萜内酯葡胺,比较两组的临床效果、运动神经传导及日常活动能力。结果治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率、日常活动能力评分均高于对照组,CL、CMCT均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉右莰醇联合银杏二萜内酯葡胺治疗急性脑梗死可有效改善患者的运动神经传导和日常活动能力。Objective To explore the impact of edaravone dextroborneol combined with ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine on motor nerve conduction of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 96 patients with ACI were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received edaravone dextroborneol,and the observation group received edaravone dextroborneol combined with ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine.The clinical efficacy,motor nerve conduction and daily activity ability were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate and daily activity ability score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and CL and CMCT were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Edaravone dextroborneol combined with ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine in the treatment of ACI can effectively improve the motor nerve conduction and daily activity ability of patients.
