摘　　要：通过对外邪及脏腑功能衰退与中风病相关发热的不同理论层次探讨,加深对中风病相关发热病因病机的认识。研究认为外邪侵袭人体是中风病相关发热的外在原因,其中呼吸系统感染是诱发中风病相关发热的重要因素。肝肾、脾胃、心、肺等脏腑功能逐渐衰退是导致中风病相关发热发生的内在致病因素之一,通过调节脏腑机能,能更有效地防治中风病相关发热及改善预后。强调从祛除外邪,调理脏腑功能防治中风病相关发热。中风病相关发热是常见急危重症,病机复杂。国家级名老中医姜良铎教授对中风病发热有独到的见解,提出中风病相关发热分为两种情况,(1)中风病基础上外感所致者;(2)有因中风病所致的阴阳气血失调而发热者,临证时强调辨证准确,依据病因、病势、病理基础论治。Through the discussion on different theoretical levels of exogenous pathogens,Zang-Fu organs function decline and stroke-related fever,we will deepen our understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of stroke-related fever.Studies have shown that exogenous pathogens invade the human body is the external cause of stroke-related fever,and respiratory system infection is an important factor that induces stroke-related fever.The gradual decline of the functions of liver and kidney,spleen and stomach,heart,lung and other organs is one of the inherent pathogenic factors leading to the occurrence of stroke-related fever.By regulating the functions of the organs,it can more effectively prevent and improve the prognosis of stroke-related fever.Emphasis is placed on eliminating pathogenic factors and regulating Zang-Fu organs functions to prevent and treat stroke-related fever.Stroke-related fever is a common acute and critical illness with complex pathogenesis.Professor JIANG Liangduo,a national-level famous old Chinese medicine doctor,has unique opinions on the fever of stroke,and has proposed that the fever related to stroke can be divided into two types:those caused by exogenous infection on the basis of stroke;those with disharmony of Yin-Yang,Qi and blood caused by stroke.The emphasis is placed on accurate differentiation of syndromes,and the treatment is based on the etiology,disease state and pathological basis.
