摘　　要：痹证为临床常见疾病,既是公认的疑难杂症,也是中医药优势病种之一。痹证理论体系的构建始于《黄帝内经》。该文基于其中有关痹证的病因病机、症状、治疗、转归预后诸方面的论述,重点阐述了其中蕴含的以阳为重、意象思维、法天则地、病位辨证、三因制宜5个方面的思想,旨在全面、客观地梳理总结《黄帝内经》痹证理论,促进该理论在中医药诊疗中的推广应用,并在此基础上,进一步挖掘其中宝贵的思维方法,以确立正确的中医思维,充分发挥其在临床实践过程中的指导作用。Bi syndrome is a common clinical disease.It is not only a recognized intractable disease but also one of the dominant diseases of traditional Chinese medicine.The construction of the Bi syndrome theory system started from Huangdi Neijing.Based on the discussion on the etiology,pathogenesis,symptoms,treatment,outcome and prognosis of Bi syndrome in Huangdi Neijing,this article focused on the content of emphasizing Yang Qi,imagery thinking,following nature,judging the disease position and individualized treatment.This article was aimed at comprehensively and objectively summarizing the theory of Bi syndrome in Huangdi Neijing,promoting the popularization and application of this theory in TCM diagnosis and treatment,further excavating the valuable thinking methods to correct the traditional Chinese medicine thinking and giving full play to its guiding role in the process of clinical practice.
