摘　　要：疾病与证候之间符合唯物辨证法本质与现象关系的基本范畴。病证合治是中医病证关系在治疗方面核心理念的重要体现,是更为全面和精准的中医治疗理念和模式。病证合治在组方用药方面具有重要的指导价值,加强对“病君”“证君”的认识和专门药物的使用,能够有效提高用药精准度和临床治疗效率。对病证合治的科学研究,可以从发掘病证合治的组方用药规律线索、探求方药与疾病的内在联系、创制病证合治的有效治疗方药、挖掘疾病的病证演变和诊疗规律等方面入手。病证合治是对辨证论治的拓展和完善。病证合治的精确实施,需要建立在临床、科研等工作有效开展的前提和基础上,并需要经历长时间的实践验证。The relationship between disease and syndrome conforms to the basic category of the relationship between the essence and phenomenon of materialist dialectics.The combination treatment of disease and syndrome is an important embodiment of the core concept of the relationship between disease and syndrome in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),which is a more comprehensive and accurate TCM treatment concept and model.The combination treatment of disease and syndrome has important guiding value in the formulation and medication.Strengthening the understanding of“disease monarch”and“syndrome monarch”and the use of special drugs can effectively improve the accuracy of medication and the efficiency of clinical treatment.For the scientific research on the combination treatment of disease and syndrome,we can explore the clues of prescription and medication law of the combination treatment of disease and syndrome,explore the internal relationship between prescriptions and diseases,create the effective therapeutic prescriptions and drugs for the combination treatment of disease and syndrome,excavate the evolution of disease syndrome and the law of diagnosis and treatment.The combination treatment of disease and syndrome is the expansion and improvement of syndrome differentiation and treatment.The precise implementation of the combination of disease and syndrome needs to be based on the premise and basis of the effective development of clinical and scientific research,and needs to go through a long time of practical verification.
