摘　　要：目的该文通过探析鼻疗法的起源,剖析鼻疗法治疗偏头痛的理论依据,追溯其历史沿革,并对鼻疗法治疗偏头痛现代文献进行整理归纳,以为偏头痛的治疗拓展新思路,提供新方法。方法运用探寻古籍及文献查找的方法,对鼻疗法治疗偏头痛的古籍及文献进行总结归纳。结果中药鼻疗法不经过胃肠吸收降解,无肝脏首过效应,且方便给药,起效迅速,在偏头痛的治疗中发展较快。结论鼻疗法为中医外治法的一种,具有起效快速、安全便捷等优点,对于偏头痛急性发作期有独特的疗效。Objective To explore the origin of nasal therapy,analyze the theoretical basis of nasal therapy,trace its historical evolution and summarize the modern literatures of nasal therapy in the treatment of migraine to expand new ideas and provide new methods for the treatment of migraine.Methods Through the search of ancient books and literature,this paper summarized the ancient books and literature on nasal therapy for migraine.Results The traditional Chinese medicine nasal therapy did not undergo gastrointestinal absorption and degradation,and had no liver first-pass effect.It was convenient for administration and had rapid effect.It develops rapidly in the treatment of migraine.Conclusion Nasal therapy is a kind of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,which has the advantages of rapid onset,safety and convenience,and has a unique effect on acute migraine.
