摘 要:目的观察加味白头翁汤对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)大鼠的疗效。方法将60只SD大鼠随机地分成正常组、模型组、加味白头翁汤组、SASP组,每组15只。采用免疫复合法造模后,加味白头翁汤组和SASP组分别给予加味白头翁汤和美沙拉嗪颗粒灌胃治疗,记录各组大鼠一般状况并计算DAI评分。灌胃2周后,采用ELISA法测定大鼠血清中IL-5、IL-10水平,观察大鼠结肠大体形态学和组织学变化。结果与正常组对比,模型组大鼠DAI评分明显升高,血清IL-5增加,IL-10下降,组织学损伤评分显著增加(均P<0.01);与模型组相比,加味白头翁汤能明显改善UC大鼠炎症程度,DAI评分及组织学损伤评分明显改善,血清IL-5下降,IL-10上调(均P<0.05);与SASP组相比,加味白头翁汤组大鼠DAI评分、组织学损伤评分及血清IL-5、IL-10水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加味白头翁汤能抑制UC的炎性浸润,促进结肠黏膜的修复,调节肠道免疫,从而发挥治疗UC的作用。Objective To observe the curative effect of Added Baitouweng Decoction(加味白头翁汤)on ulcerative colitis(UC)rats.Methods 60 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Added Baitouweng Decoction group and SASP group,with 15 rats in each group.After modeling by immune compound method,the Added Baitouweng Decoction group and SASP group were respectively given Added Baitouweng Decoction and mesalazine granules by gastric filling.The general conditions of the rats in each group were recorded and the DAI score was calculated.After 2 weeks of intragastric administration,the levels of IL-5 and IL-10 in the serum of the rats were measured by ELISA,and the general morphological and histological changes of the colon of the rats were observed.Results Compared with the normal group,the DAI score of the model group increased significantly,the serum IL-5 increased,the IL-10 decreased,and the histological injury score increased significantly(all P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the Added Baitouweng Decoction group could significantly improve the degree of inflammation in UC rats,the DAI score and histological damage score were significantly improved,the serum IL-5 decreased,and the IL-10 upregulated(all P<0.05);Compared with the SASP group,the differences in DAI score,histological injury score and serum IL-5 and IL-10 levels of rats in the Added Baitouweng Decoction group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Added Baitouweng Decoction can inhibit the inflammatory infiltration of UC,promote the repair of colonic mucosa,and regulate intestinal immunity,thereby playing a role in the treatment of UC.
