摘 要:目的探讨刻意练习教学法在新入职护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2020年10月开始在河南省某三甲医院接受规范化培训的60名新入职护士作为研究对象,培训周期为24个月,根据随机数表法分为干预组、对照组,各30名。对照组接受临床传统操作演练方式进行培训,干预组在对照组基础上接受刻意练习法进行临床规范化培训。两组按照相同考核周期分别于培训前(T_(0))和培训实施6个月后(T_(1))、12个月后(T_(2))、18个月后(T 3)以及24个月后(T_(4))5个时间点采用客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)考核法对护士的综合护理能力进行评价。T_(4)时对两组护士的核心能力和培训满意度进行评价。结果T_(3)、T_(4)时,两组新入职护士的护理综合能力比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);T_(4)时,干预组护士的护士核心能力及培训满意度得分均高于对照组护士(P<0.05)。结论刻意练习教学法有助于提升新入职护士的临床护理综合能力及核心能力水平,具有较好的可行性和有效性。Objective To explore the application effect of deliberate practice teaching method in standardized training of newly hired nurses.Methods A total of 60 newly hired nurses who received standardized training in a three-section hospital in Henan Province in October 2020 as a research object,with a training cycle of 24 months.They were randomly divided into intervention group and control group according to the numerical table method with 30 cases in each group.The control group was trained by traditional clinical operation drills.On the basis of the control group,the intervention group accepted deliberate practice to carry out clinical standardized training.According to the same assessment cycle,the two groups used objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)assessment method to evaluate nurses’comprehensive nursing ability at five time points:before training(T_(0)),after training for 6 months(T_(1)),after training for 12 months(T_(2)),after training for 18 months(T 3)and after training for 24 months(T_(4)).At T_(4),the nurse core competencies scale was used to compare the core competencies of the two groups of nurses.Results There was a statistically difference in the comprehensive nursing abilities between two groups of newly hired nurses at T_(3) and T_(4)(P<0.001).At T_(4),the core competencies and training satisfaction scores of the intervention group nurses were higher than those of the control group nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method based on deliberate practice theory is helpful to improve the comprehensive clinical nursing ability and core competence of newly hired nurses,and it is feasible and effective.
