丹参多酚酸在糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨丹参多酚酸对糖尿病周围神经病变患者的应用效果。方法 依据随机数字表法将2021年10月至2022年10月河南省第二人民医院收治的160例糖尿病周围神经病变患者分为对照组(80例)和试验组(80例)。对照组接受维生素B12注射液治疗,试验组在对照组基础上接受注射用丹参多酚酸进行治疗,两组均治疗8周。比较两组治疗8周后的疗效,治疗前、治疗8周后的中医证候积分、神经传导速度、血管内皮功能、神经功能及治疗期间的不良反应。结果 与对照组治疗8周后的总有效率(77.50%)比较,试验组总有效率(95.00%)更高(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,两组主症积分、次症积分、中医证候总积分及血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、人髓磷脂碱性蛋白(MBP)水平与治疗前比较均降低,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组正中、腓总神经感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)、运动神经传导速度(MNCV)及血清一氧化氮(NO)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平与治疗前比较均升高,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗期间的不良反应总发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 丹参多酚酸可有效改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者中医证候、血管内皮功能及神经功能,进而可促进患者疗效的提高,且具有良好的安全性。Objective To investigate the effects of salvianolic acid on vascular endothelial function and nerve function in patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 160 patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Henan Province from October 2021 to October 2022 were divided into the control group(80 cases)and the test group(80 cases)according to the method of random number table.The control group was treated with vitamin B 12 injection,and the test group was treated with salvianolic acid for injection on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The curative effect after 8 weeks of treatment,the score of traditional Chinese medicine symptom,nerve conduction velocity,vascular endothelial function,nerve function before and after 8 weeks of treatment and adverse reactions during treatment of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the total effective rate(77.50%)of the control group,the total effective rate(95.00%)of the test group was higher at after 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of main symptom,secondary symptom,total score of traditional Chinese medicine symptom and the serum levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1),endothelin-1(ET-1)and human myelin basic protein(MBP)in the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,the test group was lower(P<0.05).The sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV),motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)of the median and common peroneal nerves,serum levels of nitric oxide(NO),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)in the two groups increased compared with those before treatment,the test group was higher(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the test group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Salvianolic acid could effectively improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,vascular endothelial function and nerve function in patients w
