摘　　要：酒剂是将药物与酒以一定方法进行处理后,使药物的有效成分溶于酒,起到治疗疾病与养生保健的作用。敦煌出土的医学卷子当中共载酒剂31首,多应用于男子阳痿、腰膝冷痛等疾病,主要分为浸酒法、酒服法、酒煎法三种形式。文章依托敦煌地区独特的酒文化,结合古代医学典籍,对敦煌医学卷子当中所载酒剂的功效、制作方法、服用剂量等进行考证,以便更好地传承中医酒文化。Liquor agent is the effective ingredient of medicine dissolved in liquor after the treatment of drugs and wine in a certain way,which plays a role in treating diseases and health care.The medical papers unearthed from Dunhuang contain a total of 31 liquor agents,which are mostly used in diseases such as impotence,cold pain of waist and knee.They can be divided into three forms:soaking alcohol,taking alcohol and decocting alcohol.Based on the unique wine culture in Dunhuang area and the combination of ancient medical books,this paper makes textual research on the efficacy,preparation method and dosage of wine agents contained in dunhuang medical books,so as to better inherit the wine culture of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine.
