摘　　要：肿瘤耐药是肿瘤患者在使用抗肿瘤药物治疗过程中难以避免的问题,并严重影响肿瘤患者的生存质量和疾病预后。因此,探索肿瘤耐药机制和寻找降低肿瘤耐药新举措已成为亟需解决的重要科学难题。神经鞘脂是一类具有生物活性的脂质,越来越多的研究表明神经鞘脂代谢异常可能参与肿瘤耐药调控。本文通过综述神经鞘脂及相关代谢酶在肿瘤耐药方面的作用及相关机制,为阐明肿瘤耐药机制提供新思路,进而为临床预防和降低肿瘤耐药提供新策略。Tumor drug resistance is an unavoidable problem in the process of anti-tumor drug treatment in cancer patients,and seriously affects the quality of life and disease prognosis of tumor patients.Therefore,exploring the mechanism of tumor drug resistance and finding new measures to it have become important scientific problems that need to be solved urgently.Sphingolipids are a class of biologically active lipids.More and more studies have shown that abnormal sphingolipid metabolism may be involved in the regulation of tumor drug resistance.Therefore,in order to provide new strategies for preventing and reducing tumor drug resistance,this paper provides new ideas for clarifying the mechanism of tumor drug resistance by reviewing the role of sphingolipids and related metabolic enzymes in tumor drug resistance.
