摘 要:随着新职业教育法颁布执行,我国的职业教育地位不断进步,新兴的教育理念和教学手段推陈出新,教学改革也如火如荼地继续推进。继第四批“1+X证书”公布,对于高职体育院校而言,有必要在构建人才培养体系的过程中落实“1+X证书”制度,以期能够全面提升学生的专业素养,促进学生的多层次发展,帮助学生更好地满足社会对体育技能型人才需求。本文将针对高职体育专业,从转变教师与学生的思想观念,构建多样化的体育教学模式,加强与社会力量之间的合作,挖掘学生的体育天赋与才能,创建多元化的教学评价机制等方面,探讨如何在“1+X证书”制度下创新人才培养体系,并简述其重要意义,以供参考。With the promulgation and implementation of the new vocational education law,the status of vocational education in China has been continuously improved,new educational concepts and teaching methods have been introduced,and the teaching reform has also been in full swing.Following the announcement of the fourth batch of“1+X certificates”,it is necessary for higher vocational physical education colleges to implement the“1+X certificate”system in the process of building a talent training system,in order to comprehensively improve students’professional quality,promote students’multi-level development,and help students better meet the social demand for sports skilled talents.This paper will discuss how to innovate the talent training system under the“1+X certificate”system from the aspects of changing the ideas of teachers and students,building a diversified physical education teaching model,strengthening cooperation with social forces,mining students’physical talents and talents,and creating a diversified teaching evaluation mechanism,and briefly describe its important significance for reference.
