摘  要:为增强尼龙6在体育器材器件3D打印应用中的适用性,本次研究采用滑石粉对尼龙6实施改性处理,制备出可直接用于3D打印的滑石粉改性PA6复合丝材。通过微观形貌观测的方式来确定滑石粉的合理添加量,并对滑石粉合理添加量下改性PA6复合丝材的力学性能进行测试。经实验研究发现,本次研究所制备的尼龙6复合3D打印丝材相比于单纯尼龙6和市售e-PA6丝材来说,整体力学性能得到显著提升,在体育器材设备轻质化方面具有一定的应用价值。In order to enhance the applicability of nylon 6 in the application of 3D printing of sports equipment devices,this paper used talcum powder to modify nylon 6,and prepares talcum powder modified PA6 composite wire that can be directly used for 3D printing.The reasonable amount of talc powder was determined by microscopic morphology observation,and the mechanical properties of modified PA6 composite wire with the reasonable amount of talc powder were tested.Through experimental research,it is found that the overall mechanical properties of nylon 6 composite 3D printing wire prepared in this study have been significantly improved compared with pure nylon 6 and e-PA6 wire sold in the market,which has a certain application value in the lightweight of sports equipment.
