摘  要:《管制英语阅读》课程聚焦交通运输专业学生沟通和协调胜任能力现状与国际民航组织对空中交通管制人才核心胜任能力要求的差距,确立了“培养和提升管制员沟通和协调胜任能力”的教学理念。通过虚拟仿真技术构建学习场景,优化PBL教学法,创设深度融合语音识别技术的教学环境,构建了由一线管制员直接参与且覆盖职业发展全过程的“激励型”评价体系,探索和形成了外语类学科与交通运输专业学科交叉融合的课程新范式。The Aviation English Reading Course focuses on the gap between the student's communication and coordination competency and the core competency requirements for air traffic controllers proposed by International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO).The curriculum innovates the teaching concept of"cultivating and improving the communication and coordination competency of air traffic controllers".The learning scenarios of the course are constructed by virtual simulation technology,while the PBL teaching method is optimized.With a teaching environment that integrates speech recognition technology,the"incentive"evaluation system of the course could cover the students'whole career path,since it involves external assessment from on-the-job air traffic controllers.This paper explores and forms a new curriculum paradigm of interdisciplinary integration of foreign language and air traffic transportation.
