摘 要:大多数血液系统肿瘤恶性程度高,治愈率低,需要新的分子标志物用于检测和评估。环状RNA(circRNA)是一类具有共价闭环结构的非编码RNA,通过与微小RNA(micro RNA)和蛋白质结合,参与基因转录和翻译。近年来,随着对circRNA研究的不断深入,发现circRNA在血液恶性肿瘤中发挥重要作用。本文系统总结了circRNA在血液系统恶性肿瘤中的功能和分子机制的最新研究进展,发现circRNA在血液系统肿瘤中可能是潜在的新型生物标志物和治疗靶点。Most hematological tumors have high-grade malignancy and low cure rate,requiring new molecular markers for detection and evaluation.Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are a class of non-coding RNAs with covalently closedloop structures,which participate in gene transcription and translation by binding to microRNAs and proteins.In recent years,with the deepening research on circRNAs,circRNAs have been found to play an important role in hematological malignancies.In this review,the latest research progress on the function and molecular mechanism of circRNAs in hematological malignancies was systematically summarized,and it was found that circRNAs may be potential new biomarkers and therapeutic targets in hematological malignancies.
