摘　　要：总结1例因羊水栓塞致肺动脉高压产妇行双肺移植术后的护理经验。护理要点包括肺动脉压联合平均动脉压监测,评估静脉-动脉体外膜肺氧合撤机时机;实施早期渐进性运动康复训练;进行同步改善呼吸和盆底肌功能的混合式康复训练;出血的评估与防治;应激性溃疡导致胃穿孔的护理;提供个体化心理支持。经过肺移植和产科的融合护理,患者病情稳定,顺利转入肺移植专科病房接受常规治疗和康复锻炼。To report the nursing care after double lung transplantation of a parturient with pulmonary hypertension caused by amniotic fluid embolism.The main contents of nursing care were as follows:evaluating the weaning time of venous-arterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation by monitoring pulmonary arterial pressure and mean arterial pressure,implementing early progressive exercise rehabilitation training and simultaneous improvement of pelvic floor muscle function of mixed breathing training,evaluating and preventing the bleeding,nursing of gastric perforation caused by stress ulcer,providing individualized psychological support.After lung transplantation and obstetrical fusion care,the patient’s condition was stable,and she was successfully transferred to the lung transplant specialist ward for routine treatment and rehabilitation exercise.
