摘　　要：患者男,16岁,右侧大腿蜂窝状凹陷伴黑头粉刺16年就诊。皮肤科检查:患者右侧大腿外侧可见大小约28 cm×12 cm沿Blaschko线分布、境界尚清的肤色至暗褐色斑块,其上可多发黑头粉刺样丘疹及囊肿。皮肤组织病理:表皮未见异常,真皮内可见囊肿样结构,囊壁为复层鳞状上皮,可见颗粒层。结合临床诊断为:巨大黑头粉刺痣。A16-year-old man presented with Honeycomb depression on right thigh with blackhead acne for 16 years.Dermatologic examination:The patient's right lateral thigh was covered with skin-colored to dark brown plaques of approximately 28 × 12 cm in Blaschko's line,with multiple blackheaded acne-like papules and cysts.Histopathology:No abnormalities were seen in the epidermis,cyst-like structures were visible in the dermis,and the wall of the cyst was a compound squamous epithelium with a visible granular layer.Combined with the clinical diagnosis:Extence Nevus Comedonicus.
