摘 要:“新文科”是我国高等教育应对新形势新任务提出的重要战略部署,其为综合性大学“新师范”建设指明了方向。“新师范”是“新文科”建设的重要突破口,综合性大学的“新师范”建设需要吸收融入“新文科”的新理念、新导向,秉持价值引领、固本培新、融通发展、整体推进的建设理念走创新发展之路,要落实立德树人根本任务,构建“新师范”人才培养体系;深化课程教学改革,提升“新师范”人才培养能力;推进全方位育人,打造“新师范”深度融合协同育人格局;完善师范教育体制机制,增强“新师范”建设的系统性。The“New Liberal Arts”is an important strategic deployment of higher education in our country,which responds to the new situations and new tasks.It points out the direction for the construction of“New Normal”in comprehensive universities.The“New Normal”is the breakthrough of the“New Liberal Arts”in comprehensive universities,which needs to absorb and integrate the new concept and new orientation of“New Liberal Arts”.We should adhere to the construction concept of value leading,consolidating the foundation and creating the new concept of integration and overall development,and taking the road of innovative development.We need to carry out the fundamental task of molding high morals and cultivating talents,building a talent cultivation system of“New Normal”;deepen the curriculum teaching reform,improve the talent cultivation ability of“New Normal”;promote all-round education,create a deeply integrative and collaborative education pattern of“New Normal”;improve the system and mechanism of normal education,enhance the systematicness of construction of“New Normal”.
