摘 要:基于偏心滚轮机构运动规律及预压弹簧的特性提出了一种负刚度装置,通过偏心滚轮的运动结合预压弹簧伸缩变形实现其负刚度特性,并与摩擦滑移隔震支座并联形成复合隔震装置。建立了隔震体系的运动方程,采用MATLAB语言编制了地震动力反应求解程序。将负刚度并联装置隔震体系与普通摩擦滑移支座隔震体系进行了地震响应对比分析,结果证明了负刚度装置的有效性。预压力及预压弹簧刚度对装置的负刚度值都有影响,但预压弹簧刚度系数对减震效率的影响不明显,预压力对减震效率的影响比较明显。滑移摩擦系数越小,负刚度装置就越容易调整到有明显的减震效果。只有当预压弹簧刚度值及预压力值处于一定范围内时,才有提高减震效率的作用。A negative stffness device is presented in this paper,based on the eccentric roller mechanism and the property of pre-stressed spring.The negative stiffness performance could be produced with movement of eccentric rollers and deformation of the springs.The motion equation of a seismic isolation structure with the combined seismic isolation device of them is formulated,and the solution software is programmed with MATLAB language.With comparison of seismic response from combined device and seismic response from friction-slip seismic isolation bearings,it could be concluded that the negative stiffness device is effective.The stiffness coefficient of the negative stiffness device is affected mainly by both the string stiffness and its pre-stressed force.But the influence of pre-stressed for is more distinct than string stifness.It is relatively easier to get more distinct seismic efficiency for smaller friction coefficient.Only when the string stiffness coefficient and its pre-stressed force are within the specific range could the seismic response bereduced.
