摘　　要：2021年FAA对小型无人机运行规章14 CFR Part 107进行了修订,新增针对小型无人机飞越人员的运行管理规则。本文通过研究FAA此次规章修订的背景及内容,分析和总结其对于小型无人机飞越人员这类运行所采取的管理模式和管理思路,进而为我国开展相关工作提出建议。In 2021,FAA amended the regulation 14 CFR Part 107"Small Unmanned Aircraft System"to permit routine operations of small unmanned aircraft over people.In this paper,the background and content of this regulation amendment are introduced,and the FAA management mode and approaches for small unmanned aircraft operation over people are analyzed and summarized.Finally,suggestions on related management work of our country are put forward.
