摘  要:目的:评估联合应用Mini-CEX和DOPS在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中的效果。方法:在住院医师规范化培训过程中分别运用基于Mini-CEX和DOPS的形成性评价体系、基于常规出科笔试的结论性评价体系对妇产科住院医师临床能力测评共40人次,分别运用LCSAS、年度考核通过率及优秀率对培训前后住院医师医患沟通技能和临床综合能力进行评价。结果:Mini-CEX和DOPS联合应用可显著提升学员医患沟通技巧和临床综合能力。结论:Mini-CEX和DOPS联合应用在妇产科住培教学优于传统评价体系,可显著提升住院医师岗位胜任力。Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of combined application of Mini-CEX and DOPS in standardized training for obstetrics and gynecology residents.Methods:A total of 40 assessments were conducted using the formative assessment system based on Mini-CEX and DOPS,as well as the summative assessment system based on conventional written exams,to evaluate the clinical competence of obstetrics and gynecology residents during their standardized training.The effectiveness of the training in improving residents'medical communication skills and clinical comprehensive abilities was evaluated using the LCSAS(Learner's Communication Skills Assessment Scale),annual pass rates,and rates of excellence.Results:The combined application of Mini-CEX and DOPS significantly improved the medical communication skills and clinical comprehensive abilities of the participants.Conclusions:The combined application of Mini-CEX and DOPS in obstetrics and gynecology resident training outperforms traditional assessment systems and significantly enhances residents'competency in their roles as physicians.
