摘  要:目的:探讨微课结合清单式教学方法在ICU多重耐药菌防控知识护生教学中的应用。方法:方便抽样选取2019年3月至2020年9月在ICU实习的68名护理专业学生作为研究对象。对照组采用传统带教方式进行多重耐药菌防控知识教学,试验组在对照组的基础上采用微课结合清单式教学方法进行教学。观察两组护生的多重耐药菌防控知识理论成绩和操作考试成绩、手卫生依从率和正确率及隔离衣使用的时机正确率。结果:试验组护生的多重耐药菌防控知识理论成绩和操作考核成绩、手卫生依从率和正确率及隔离衣使用的时机正确率均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:应用微课结合清单式教学方法有助于提高护理专业实习生的多重耐药菌防控知识,有效提升护理专业实习生手卫生的依从性和正确性及隔离衣使用的时机正确性,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the application of microlearning combined with checklist-based teaching mode in teaching nursing students about multi-drug resistant bacteria prevention and control in ICU.Methods:A convenience sample of 68 nursing students practicing in the ICU from March 2019 to September 2020 was selected as the study population.The control group used traditional teaching methods to teach multi-drug resistant bacteria prevention and control knowledge,and the experimental group used micro-lessons combined with checklist teaching mode on the basis of the control group.The theoretical and operational test scores of the nursing students in both groups were observed,as well as the compliance rate and correct rate of hand hygiene and the correct rate of timing of isolation gown use.Results:The theoretical and operational test scores of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group in terms of the theoretical and operational test scores of multi-drug resistant bacteria prevention and control knowledge,the compliance rate and correct rate of hand hygiene,and the correct rate of the timing of isolation gown use(all P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of micro-lesson combined with checklist teaching mode can help improve nursing interns'knowledge of multi-drug resistant bacteria prevention and control,and effectively improve nursing interns'compliance and correctness of hand hygiene and correctness of timing of isolation gown use,which is worth promoting and applying.
