摘 要:变性近视是影响视力的常见眼部疾病,多见于高度近视人群。其主要组织学特征包括后巩膜葡萄肿和近视性黄斑病变。随着眼底成像技术的发展与应用,后巩膜葡萄肿和近视性黄斑病变的分类和诊断相较以前更加细化,人们对变性近视的组织学改变的进展程度的研究也更加深入。近年来手术技术的提高和手术方式的创新使变性近视的治疗方式更加精准化和多样化,并且在很大程度上改善了患者的视觉质量。本文对目前关于变性近视的组织学改变、诊断和治疗方面的进展进行综述。Degenerative myopia is a common eye disorder,which can affect vision and is more common in people with high myopia.The histological features of pathological myopia include posterior staphyloma and myopic maculopathy.With the development and application of fundus imaging technology,the classification and diagnosis of posterior staphyloma and myopic maculopathy are further refined than before,and the study on the progress of histological changes of pathological myopia is also more in-depth.In recent years,the improvement of surgical techniques and the innovation of surgical methods have made the treatment of pathological myopia more precise and diversified and greatly improved the visual quality for patients.This article summarizes the current progress in histological changes,diagnosis and treatment of pathological myopia.
