摘  要:[目的]通过复凝聚法制备复配微囊悬浮剂,提升杀虫活性,并依靠天然可降解囊材的优势减轻环境污染。[方法]试验以阿维菌素、四氯虫酰胺为研究对象,选取明胶、阿拉伯胶为壁材,采用复凝聚法制备2%阿维菌素·四氯虫酰胺微囊悬浮剂,通过HPLC法确定其包埋率,并对复配微囊悬浮剂的释放机制进行探讨。[结果]以4%SC-3作为乳化剂,3%SP-SC-2728为分散剂,0.2%黄原胶和0.3%硅酸镁铝作为混合增稠剂,以1%明胶∶1%阿拉伯胶=1∶1为壁材,制备的微囊包埋率达100%,微囊悬浮率高,稳定性好,同时能显著降低紫外照射对原药的降解,微囊以Fick扩散和壁材骨架溶蚀2种机制进行药物释放。[结论]微囊悬浮剂缓释效果显著,同时降低了对斑马鱼的急性毒性。[Aims]Preparation of capsule suspension of composition through complex coacervation method to enhance insecticidal activity and reduce environmental pollution relying on the advantages of natural degradable capsule materials.[Methods]In this experiment,abamectin and tetrachlorantraniliprole were selected as the research objects,gelatin and arabic gum were chosen as wall materials,and the complex coacervation method was used to prepare abamectin·tetrachlorantraniliprole 2%capsule suspension.The entrapment efficiency was determined by HPLC,and the release mechanism of the capsule suspension was discussed.[Results]Using 4%SC-3 as emulsifier,3%SP-SC-2728 as dispersant,0.2%xanthan gum and 0.3%magnesium aluminum silicate as mixed thickeners,and 1%gelatin and 1%arabic gum(1:1)as wall material,the capsule suspension prepared had an entrapment efficiency of 100%,with high capsule suspension rate and good stability.At the same time,it could significantly reduce the degradation of the original drug caused by UV irradiation.The pesticide release of the capsules occurred through 2 mechanisms of Fick diffusion and wall material skeleton dissolution.[Conclusions]Capsule suspension has significant sustained release performance,and it also reduces the acute toxicity to zebrafish.
