摘　　要：与传统药物和光学手段相比,周边离焦软性角膜接触镜(PDSCLs)在近视控制方面的作用和潜力较大。PDSCLs为周边视网膜提供近视离焦信号是其控制近视进展的主要机制之一。笔者在回顾近视发病机制的基础上,论述了PDSCLs对儿童青少年近视控制的最新研究,包括不同随访期间、不同设计及不同附加度数的PDSCLs对近视的控制效果以及停戴后的反弹效应,最后提出了PDSCLs在临床应用中的问题和拓展。Compared with the traditional drugs and optical therapy,peripheral defocus soft contact lens(PDSCLs)has huge potential on myopia control.Providing peripheral defocus visual signal may be one of the main mechanisms of PDSCLs controlling myopia progression.In this paper,on the basis of reviewing the pathogenesis of myopia,we discussed the effect of different designs of PDSCLs for myopia control with different follow-up periods,and the rebound effect observed after discontinuation of PDSCL use,and finally put forward the problems and future development of PDSCLs in clinical application.
