摘  要:试验旨在研究日粮中联合添加低聚木糖和丝兰粉对蛋鸡生产性能及脂质指标的影响。选择96只70周龄产蛋后期绿壳蛋鸡,随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复6只蛋鸡。对照组绿壳蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加50 mg/kg低聚木糖+100 mg/kg丝兰粉、100 mg/kg低聚木糖+200 mg/kg丝兰粉、200 mg/kg低聚木糖+300 mg/kg丝兰粉。试验期6周。结果显示,试验各组蛋鸡平均产蛋数、平均日采食量、蛋重、产蛋率和料蛋比差异不显著(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,试验各组鸡蛋哈夫单位、蛋白高度和蛋壳相对重具有提高的趋势;各组蛋黄相对重、蛋形指数、蛋黄粗脂肪含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组蛋黄甘油三酯和总胆固醇含量显著降低(P<0.05),Ⅱ组蛋鸡血清中低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量比对照组降低30.71%(P<0.05)。研究表明,在产蛋后期蛋鸡日粮中联合添加低聚木糖和丝兰粉具有协同增效作用,可以改善蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质,调节蛋鸡脂质代谢,降低鸡蛋蛋黄胆固醇含量,日粮中添加低聚木糖制剂100 mg/kg+丝兰粉200 mg/kg效果较佳。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary xylo-oligosaccharide and yucca powder on performance and lipid indexes of laying hens.A total of 96 Green shell laying hens aged 70 weeks in late laying period were randomly divided into four groups,with four replicates in each group and six laying hens in each replicate.Green shell laying hens in control group were fed with a basal diet,and groupⅠ,groupⅡ,groupⅡwere fed with 50 mg/kg xylo-oligosaccharide+100 mg/kg yucca powder,100 mg/kg xylo-oligosaccharide+200 mg/kg yucca powder and 200 mg/kg xylo-oligosaccharide+300 mg/kg yucca powder,respectively.The experiment lasted for 6 w.The results showed that there was no significant difference in average number of eggs laid,average daily feed intake,egg weight,laying rate and feed to egg ratio among all groups(P>0.05).Compared with control group,the egg haf unit,albumen height and relative weight of eggshell in experimental groups had an increasing trend.There was no significant dfference in yolk relative weight,egg shape index and yolk crude fat content among all groups(P>0.05).The content of triglyceride and total cholesterol in yolk of groupⅡand groupⅢwere significantly decreased(P<0.05).The serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol content of laying hens in groupⅡwas 30.71%lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that the combination of xylo-oligosaccharide and yucca powder in diets of laying hens at later stage of laying has a synergistic effect,which can improve the production performance and egg quality of laying hens,regulate the lipid metabolism of laying hens,reduce the cholesterol content of egg yolk.The addition of xylo-oligosaccharide preparation 100 mg/kg+yucca powder 200 mg/kg in diets has a better effect.
