摘  要:茄果类蔬菜种植规模大,育苗移栽环节劳动强度大、效率低。为提高茄果类蔬菜移栽质量和效率,自动移栽机应运而生。夹取式取苗机构是茄果类蔬菜自动移栽机的关键部件,该部件的性能将直接影响移栽钵苗的质量。综述了夹取式(夹茎式和夹钵式两类)取苗机构的研究现状,在总结和分析夹茎式和夹钵式取苗机构的优缺点和工作原理的基础上,分析了制约夹取式取苗机构和茄果类自动移栽机发展的原因,并从提高农机与农艺融合程度;提高控制系统精度,增强对取苗机构材质的相关研究;提高移栽机的自动化、智能化和一体化程度等方面提出了该领域未来的研发重点。Solanaceous vegetables are grown on a large scale.Their seedling transplanting is labor-intensive and inefficient.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of solanaceous vegetables transplanting,automatic transplanting machine comes into being.A clamping type seedling picking mechanism is a key component of the automatic transplanting machine for solanaceous vegetables,and the performance of this component will directly affect the quality of transplanting potted seedlings.This paper summarizes the research status on two types of commonly used seedling picking mechanisms,namely,stem clamping type and bowl clamping type,and according to their advantages,disadvantages and working principle,further analyzes the reasons limiting the development of clamping type seedling picking mechanism and automatic transplanting machine for solanaceous vegetables.Finally,it points out the future research will focus on:enhancing the combining of agricultural machinery and agronomy;improving accuracy of the control system of seedling extraction mechanism,and strengthening research on materials of seedling picking mechanisms;and improving the automated,intelligent and integrated levels of transplanters.
