摘  要:当线路运能不能满足客流需求时,对既有列车进行扩编改造是提升线路运能的有效方式。分析了上海轨道交通2号线4节编组列车扩编为8节编组列车(即“4改8”)的迫切性,介绍了既有车辆的技术参数,介绍了扩编改造的设计路线和实施项目。研究了列车扩编改造项目的技术特点,包括核心设备技术要求、列车编组形式和项目设计原则,阐述了扩编告知过程中需解决的关键技术问题。在进行列车扩编改造时,新增车辆设计应尽量与既有车辆保持一致,满足设备兼容性需求;同时应采用国际上成熟的技术与标准,提高车辆的性能与可靠性,最大限度地做到节能和轻量化,为乘客提供最舒适的乘坐环境。试验结果表明扩编改造后的列车各系统运行稳定、性能良好,验证了扩编改造设计的准确性。When the capacity of a rail transit line cannot meet the passenger flow demand,expanding and upgrading the existing trains is an effective way to improve line capacity.The urgency of expanding the 4-car formation trains of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 2 to 8-car formation trains(known as′4 to 8′expansion)is analyzed,the technical parameters of the existing trains are introduced,and the design and implementation of expansion projects are outlined.The technical characteristics of the project,including core equipment requirements,train formation and design principles are studied.Key technical issues to be addressed during the expansion process are expounded.During train expansion and reconstruction,the design of new vehicles should be as consistent as possible with the existing ones to meet the equipment compatibility requirements;at the same time,internationally recognized mature technologies and standards should be adopted to improve the performance and reliability of vehicles and to maximize energy saving and weight reduction,providing passengers with the most comfortable riding environment.Test results show that the performance of the expanded and upgraded train systems is stable and reliable,verifying the accuracy of the expansion and reconstruction design.
