摘 要:城市高层建筑物三维建模时,受数据采集视角及目标相互遮挡等因素的影响,易出现数据盲区,进而直接影响建筑物三维模型的效果。针对这一问题,提出了一种综合“机载LiDAR+地面LiDAR+倾斜摄影”技术的高层建筑物三维建模方法。首先对“空-地”点云进行配准得到建筑物的融合点云,然后通过对建筑物轮廓线的提取得到建筑物的几何模型,接着分别对建筑物的顶部和立面采用不同的影像数据源进行模型的纹理映射,最终得到建筑物的三维模型。通过对城市建筑密集区某高层建筑物的三维建模实验,结果表明所建立的建筑物三维模型几何结构完整、纹理清晰,能够满足建筑物三维精细建模的要求。In the 3D modeling of urban high-rise buildings,due to the influence of factors such as data acquisition perspective and mutual occlu-sion of targets,data blind areas are easy to occur,which directly affects the 3D model effect of buildings.To solve this problem,we proposed a 3D modeling method of high-rise buildings combining airborne LiDAR,terrestrial LiDAR and oblique photography technologies.Firstly,we regis-tered the point clouds from air to ground to obtain the fusion point cloud of building,and obtained the geometric model of building by extracting the contour lines of building.Then,we used multi-source images for texture mapping of the model on the top and facade of building.Finally,we ob-tained the 3D model of buildings.Through the 3D modeling test of a high-rise building in a densely built-up area of the city,the result shows that the 3D models of buildings have complete geometric structure and clear texture,which can meet the 3D fine modeling requirements of buildings.
