摘 要:为了更准确地研究电主轴的热态性能,建立同时考虑接触热阻和热诱导载荷的电主轴流-热-固耦合模型。首先,基于轴承内部载荷计算理论和外滚道控制理论建立热诱导载荷的计算模型;其次,采用蒙特卡罗法建立接触热阻的计算模型;最后,以某型号电主轴为研究对象,采用ANSYS与MATLAB联合仿真方法,分析接触热阻和热诱导载荷与电主轴热态性能的关系,并通过搭建试验平台进行试验验证。研究表明,考虑接触热阻的电主轴整体温度比不考虑接触热阻高,热诱导载荷与轴承的生热量属于相互影响的关系,考虑热诱导载荷和接触热阻情况下的仿真与试验吻合更好。In order to study the thermal performance of motorized spindles more accurately,a fluid-heat-solid coupling model of the motorized spindle was established considering both the contact thermal resistance and the thermally induced load.Firstly,the calculation model of heat-induced load was established based on the calculation theory of bearing internal load and the control theory of outer raceway.Secondly,the calculation model of contact thermal resistance is established by monte-carlo method.Finally,taking a certain type of motorized spindle as the research object,the co-simulation method of ANSYS and MATLAB was used to analyze the relationship between the contact thermal resistance and heat-induced load and the thermal performance of the motorized spindle,and the test platform was built to verify the test.The results show that:the overall temperature of electric spindle considering thermal contact resistance is higher than that without considering thermal contact resistance,and the heat-induced load and the heat generation of bearing belong to the mutual influence relationship.The simulation and test agree better when considering thermal induced load and thermal contact resistance.
