摘　　要：对多功能带斗门座起重机设计和操作中影响生产率的因素进行分析,根据散货码头的实际情况,对带斗门座起重机的外型尺寸、主参数、操作方式进行综合调整,在不增加制作成本和能耗的情况下,提升带斗门座起重机的生产率,提高码头转运效率和竞争力。The factors affecting productivity in the design and operation of multifunctional portal crane with hopper are studied,according to the actual situation of bulk cargo terminals,and the external dimensions,main parameters and operation methods of portal crane with hopper are comprehensively adjusted,to increase the productivity of portal crane with hopper without increasing production costs and energy consumption,and improve the efficiency and competitiveness of terminal transfer.
