摘　　要：放疗作为胸部恶性肿瘤主要的治疗方式之一,在临床上广泛使用。由于心脏的解剖位置比较特殊,放疗不可避免的对心血管系统产生不良影响,导致放射性心脏损伤(RIHD)。目前临床上无有效药物预防和治疗RIHD发生,且西药治疗副作用明显。然而,我国传统中医药在预防和治疗心血管疾病方面展现出巨大的潜力,因此,本文总结中医药对RIHD的防治进展。Radiotherapy is widely used in clinical practice as one of the main treatment modalities for thoracic malignancies.Due to the special anatomical location of the heart,radiotherapy inevitably exerts adverse effects on the cardiovascular system,causing radiation-induced heart disease(RIHD).Clinically,no effective drugs are available to prevent and treat RIHD,and the side effects of Western Medicine are obvious.However,Traditional Chinese Medicine has shown great potential in its prevention and treatment.Therefore,this article summarizes the progress of Chinese Medicine in the prevention and treatment of RIHD.
