摘　　要：高校要始终坚持党的领导和立德树人根本任务,充分发挥高校育人的作用,离不开一支政治强、业务精、水平高的专业化思政工作队伍。文章就新时代思政工作者涵育问题,结合学习总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议和学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上的讲话精神,从六个方面逐一进行论述。Colleges and universities must adhere to the leadership of the Party,the basic task is to strengthen moral education and cultivate talents.To play the role of college education,we must build an ideological and political work team and the workers should have well political consciousness and high-level professional ability.This paper discusses the quality cultivation of ideological and political workers from six aspects with the combination of the thinking of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech on national conference on ideological and political work in universities and teachers'forum for school ideological and political theory.
