摘  要:近年来,随着我国城镇化的快速发展,加剧了城乡发展的不平衡,单一的农产收入远远不足以支撑农村家庭的美好生活需要,大量农村青年为了缓解家庭压力,选择了走出农村,到城市打工,孩子留在农村成为了“留守儿童”。因父母的长时间缺位,家庭教育形同虚设,加上农村教育的自身短板,以及社会不良风气的严重影响,导致留守儿童教育管理问题。虽然经过多年努力,但其仍是当下社会与教育工作者亟待解决的问题。该文就留守儿童教育管理中现存问题,深入分析原因,并从多方面提出有效可行的对策建议。In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization in China,the imbalance between urban and rural development has been exacerbated.The single income from agricultural production is far from enough to meet the demand of rural families for a better life.In order to relieve the burden of life,a large number of rural young people choose to leave their hometown and work in the city,leaving their children in the countryside as“left-behind children”.The absence of parents for a long time causes their lack of family education.And combined with the shortcomings of rural education and the serious influence of unhealthy social mood,these factors have given rise to the problems of the education and management of left-behind children.After years of efforts,it is still an urgent issue of educational work in the present society.This paper analyzes the causes of the current problems of the education and management of left-behind children,and puts forward some effective solutions and suggestions from many aspects.
