摘 要:为了解决某型涡桨发动机机械液压燃油调节系统供油量不足的问题,按照功能特点将燃油调节系统划分为供油执行、指令控制和飞行修正3个子系统,分析各子系统的工作原理并基于AMESim软件平台建立了其仿真模型。对各子系统模型进行集成,构建整机级燃油调节系统模型开展仿真,并根据实际试验测量数据进行验证。提出修改油窗几何参数以增大供油量的改进方案,对供油量曲线进行进一步仿真研究。结果表明:利用该模型得到的供油量曲线与实测供油量曲线相比误差小于3%;将油窗面积增大到原来的1.1765倍可以提高燃油调节系统的供油量,满足该型发动机的供油需求。仿真模型可供涡桨发动机机械液压燃油调节系统改进设计借鉴。In order to solve the problem of insufficient fuel supply of a turboprop engine hydro-mechanical fuel control system,the simulation model of the system was built based on AMESim software platform.According to the functional characteristics,the fuel control system was divided into three subsystems:fuel supply execution subsystem,command control subsystem,and flight correction subsystem.The working principle of each subsystem was analyzed,and its simulation model was established on AMESim software platform.The sub⁃system models were integrated to form the whole fuel control system model for carrying out the simulation,and verified according to the ac⁃tual test data.An improved scheme was proposed to modify the geometric parameters of the fuel orifice to increase the fuel supply,and the fuel supply curve was further simulated.The results showed that the error of the model is less than 3%compared with the measurement re⁃sults.Increasing the fuel orifice area to 1.1765 times of the original could improve the fuel supply of the fuel control system and meet the fu⁃el supply demand of the engine.The simulation model can be used as a reference for design improvement of turboprop engine hydro-me⁃chanical fuel control system.
