摘　　要：ITSS是一套系统的、集成的信息技术服务标准库。随着IT运维服务逐渐成为信息产业的重要发展趋势,基于ITSS标准规范化IT运维服务尤为重要。文章通过对运维能力模型的深入了解,详细介绍运维能力模型的各要素内容,并通过相关案例进行深入探索和研究。ITSS is a set of systematic and integrated information technology service standard library.With IT Operation Service becoming an important development trend of information industry,IT operation service standardization based on ITSS standard is especially important.through the in-depth understanding of the operation and maintenance capacity model,this paper introduces the various elements of the operation and maintenance capacity model in detail,and through the relevant cases of in-depth exploration and research.
