摘  要:培养高素质、综合性人才是高校教育的目标之一,学生们解决实际问题的综合能力是高校教育水平的重要体现。该文基于《化工安全技术》课程的教学改革,以“智能搅拌反应器原理及应用”项目为例,结合近十几年的学生竞赛辅导进行教学研究,通过“教-学-赛”模式的教学改革,使学生既能获得理论知识,又能丰富实践经历,使教学取得较好效果。该文采用“互联网+”多媒体教学、学生团队合作式教学、项目任务实践驱动教学等多种教学模式,从“教-学-赛”模式的改革形成、教改目标以及具体实施方案三个方面深入研究。通过实践证明,“教-学-赛”模式对激发学生学习兴趣、丰富学生项目实践经历、提升学生综合素质、增强学生团队凝聚力等方面具有积极的作用,使教学效果有了明显提升。Training high quality and comprehensive talents is one of the goals of college education,and the comprehensive ability of students to solve practical problems is an important reflection of the level of college education.Based on the teaching reform of"Chemical Safety Technology"course,this paper takes the project of"Principle and Application of Intelligent Stirred Reactor"as an example,combined the teaching research of the recent ten years student competition guidance,through the teaching reform of"teaching-learning-competition"mode,students can not only acquire theoretical knowledge,but also enrich practical experience,so that the teaching can achieve better results.This paper adopts a variety of teaching modes,such as"Internet+"multimedia teaching,student teamwork,and project-task practice-driven,and makes an in-depth study from three aspects,including the reform and formation of"teaching-learning-competition"mode,teaching reform objectives and specific implementation plans.Practice has proved that"teaching-learning-competition"mode plays a positive role in stimulating students’interest in learning,enriching students’project practice experience,improving students’comprehensive quality and enhancing students’team cohesion,so as to achieve the best teaching effect.
